Abstract

This study demonstrated the impact of the consolidation of the proceedings in the Shari’a courts.The study also explored the usefulness of consolidating cases in the light of the increasing number of court cases, the complexity of their proceedings and the length of the litigation. Therefore,legal and judicial proceedings must be sought to reduce the number of court cases, reduce the length of litigation and reduce the burden on the courts and litigants
